Rohl C7912 Country Bath Cartridge for Thermostatic Valves
The Rohl C7912 Country Bath Cartridge is designed specifically for use with thermostatic valves, including models A4910, A4913BO, A4917, A4817, A2917, and A4717. This cartridge is the sole component required for these thermostatic valves.
To remove the cartridge, you will need a 17mm or 11/16-inch open jaw wrench. Carefully extract the cartridge from the valve, taking care not to damage any surrounding components.
When replacing the cartridge, it is important to note that on new installations, most cartridges will require calibration. This is the most common reason for replacement. On older installations, it is recommended to remove the cartridge and flush it with high-pressure water, as this can occasionally return an older cartridge to working condition.
